Christina Galagarza is a multifaceted artist—a painter, collector, and creator of jewelry and objects. Her choice of materials reflects the essence of her subjects, whether she's capturing the delicate beauty of flowers, the unique spirit of individuals, or the heartfelt responses to love stories, community, collective action, and the natural world. Deeply influenced by her surroundings and infused with memories and childhood interests, her artistic practice is poetic, cathartic, and vital to her well-being. This emotional resonance translates to her audience and collectors, offering a sense of uplift and connection. After closing her art studio, LOLA New Hope, at the end of 2024, Christina sought new avenues to share her art with a wider audience. This pursuit led her to develop Market Fresh Art (MFA). This program allows admirers to discover and collect local art at Ferry Market, making her art more accessible and integrated into everyday life.

The current exhibition, located across from SkyRoast Coffee, will remain on view until March 2025, when a more frequent rotation of artwork is scheduled to commence in the garage.
