Lee Moni is the owner of Marie Favorite. She has been in the food business for a long time, working in food courts, food trucks, restaurants, and private catering. Lee specializes in Thai, Japanese, and Asian cuisine.
Japanese crêpes are one of the fun projects that Lee started for her daughter, Marie. She’s a 6-year-old little girl who enjoys eating. Japanese crêpes are one of her favorite foods, which is how the business got its name - Marie Favorite.
New Hope is their family’s favorite place to hang out, walk around, and enjoy different kinds of food. When they had the opportunity to start a small business in their beloved town, they didn’t even have to think twice.
Their fresh, delicious, and beautiful Japanese crêpes look like and are inspired by flowers. All of their crêpes are made using a gluten free batter. Some of their toppings contain gluten, so if you have an allergy, please let them know so they can customize your food to your tastes with the many ingredients they have available. Marie Favorite loves to serve, they are excited to bring a different kind of fun cuisine and new food culture to the New Hope community.
